Q. Are all of your products Certified Organic?
A. All of our fresh produce items are Certified Organic or Certified In-Conversion. Approximately 95% of our grocery and packaged goods are Certified Organic. Any items not certified organic in our grocery range we class as high quality products and hold every confidence in the integrity of these items.

Q. When will I receive my order?
A. You can check our delivery page here and see when we deliver to your area. If you have placed an order after our cut-off times please call us and we’ll do our best to get your order delivered.
Q. I’m worried about my products staying cold, what will happen?
A. We deliver in refrigerated vehicles so your perishables will be ice cold even on the hottest of days. We will include an icepack if your delivery day will be extra hot!
Q. I’m not happy with some of the products in my delivery. What do I do?

Q. I live interstate! Can you ship orders to me?
A. Currently interstate shipping is experiencing long delays so we don’t encourage shipping perishable items interstate or to country areas. If you are desperate we can try to find a solution for you, but you must call the office to discuss (02) 9533 4747
